An interesting place for sightseeing in Kendal. Magnificent setting, close enough to the bus station and other 2 to the center of the town, most things and Kendal for a break. Btw, located in the middle of the city.

it was spotless in general: spacious room, brilliant location just off all the surroundings, shops, restaurant's and most things. i really enjoyed the owner. bed was comfortable and i slept well. it had a private bathroom. the property was 300 metres away from cafe olive. overall experience was very enjoyable.

This venue is an ideal place to stay in the city, as it is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the bus station.

The bathroom, with a shower, was clean and modern.

Personally, I wasn't too fond of the bath in the bathroom.
